Our Process
Our process is quite simple. We’ll walk you through how a typical customer engages our services and what you can expect when you decide to work with us.
- Call us for a free estimate
- We’ll come to see you for a free consultation and exchange ideas
- When we have a plan, we’ll provide you with an obligation-free quote, which will consist of:

- Fully-equipped technicians and supplies if necessary;
- Custom designs;
- Installation of our lights or your working lights;
- Post-installation consultation, during which we’ll explain to you how the lights work, where their power source is located, and what circuits are being used;
- Disassembly of your display in January.
- Storage of your lights at our facility year round.

The best way to describe our approach in regards to your display is that we make the most out of what your structure, whether it’s a home or business, has to offer. Every outline, fixture or other object in your yard or lobby is a potential aid and object for tasteful decoration. Free Estimate and Consultation – A custom lighting designer will provide you with a free estimate at a time convenient for you at your home or business. Be sure to take advantage of our early bird discounts!
Installation – Our professionally trained and fully insured crew of installers will install the holiday décor on your home or business. We provide all lights, supplies and equipment to get the job done right.
On-going Service – Our service does not end after installation. We guarantee our decorations during the entire Christmas season. If you have a problem, just give us a call. We are available 7 days a week and will perform repairs within 48 hours.
Removal – In January, we will come back and remove your display. If you purchased your decorations through us, we will conveniently store them for you until the following year. If we have installed your lights, we will leave them for you in an orderly fashion.
